Since our fund’s inception in 2017, we have focused on transforming brownfield sites and greenfield land across Greater London and the South East. Our long-term, responsible investment strategy creates value by taking ownership of the masterplanning, design and infrastructure required for each scheme. Through close collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders, we bring forward high-quality developments that meet local needs.
