Since 2017, we’ve invested in the transformation of greenfield and brownfield land in and around Greater London and South East England. Our robust, responsible and long-term approach investment adds value by taking responsibility for design and infrastructure for the whole development, and working in partnership with local and statutory stakeholders to deliver places all involved can be proud of.
